These rules set out the terms of the "Survival Challenge" held on the Survival Warrior Minecraft server. Participation is entirely free and requires no purchase.
The Survival Challenge is organised by Spaleforce, publisher of the Survival Warrior server (hereinafter "the Organiser"). Contact: contact@spaleforce.com.
The Challenge is a skill contest with two reward tiers. First tier: the first player to reach ten (10) minutes of uninterrupted in-game survival during a calendar month wins a Minecraft Premium account (~€24.99). Second tier: the first player to reach sixty (60) minutes of uninterrupted survival in the same month wins €100 (one hundred euros). The outcome depends solely on the player's skill, and in no case on chance.
Participation is entirely free. No purchase of any kind (rank, kit, cosmetic, crate, etc.) is required to take part in the Challenge or to increase one's chances of winning. Any purchases made on the shop provide no advantage over the survival time counted for the Challenge.
The Challenge is open to any individual aged 18 or over holding an account on the server. Minors may not participate. Members of the organising team are not eligible for any prize.
Survival time is measured automatically in game. The first player to reach one hour of uninterrupted survival within the same calendar month is declared the winner for that month. The date and time at which the one-hour mark is reached are authoritative; in the event of a dispute, the timestamp recorded by the server prevails.
Two prizes are awarded each month. Main prize: €100 (one hundred euros) to the first player to reach one hour of uninterrupted survival, paid by bank transfer or equivalent means. Secondary prize: a Minecraft Premium account (~€24.99) to the first player to reach ten minutes of uninterrupted survival, delivered as a digital code. Each prize is personal to the winner and may not be transferred or converted other than as stated.
The winner is contacted via the account associated with their player. They have thirty (30) days to claim the prize and provide the information needed for payment; failing this, the prize is forfeited.
The data collected is used solely to manage the contest and to pay out the prize, in accordance with the GDPR. You may exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure) by writing to contact@spaleforce.com.
Any cheating, bug exploitation, use of third-party software or behaviour contrary to the server rules results in immediate disqualification. The Organiser assesses such situations and rules as the final arbiter.
These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
Before any prize is awarded, the winner must provide the Organiser with valid proof of identity (national identity card, passport or equivalent document). No prize will be issued without prior validation of this verification. The documents provided are used solely for eligibility verification purposes and are deleted after processing, in accordance with the GDPR.
A secondary prize — a Minecraft Java Edition Premium account (indicative value ~€24.99) — is awarded each month to the first player to reach ten (10) minutes of uninterrupted survival. This prize is delivered as a digital activation code. The same eligibility conditions (18 years required), identity verification, and claim deadline (30 days) as for the main prize apply (see art. 4, 7, and 11). The secondary prize and the main prize may be won by the same player or by different players.
